Manager IO EOFY Checklist
Use this after 30 June 2026, once every marketplace transaction up to 30 June has been imported.
Before Final Export
- Keep using SellerSync normally until 30 June 2026.
- Import all sales, purchases, fees, postage, refunds, and stock movements up to 30 June.
- Save a database copy before entering 1 July or later transactions.
- Fix any late eBay, Etsy, Amazon, WooCommerce, supplier, refund, or postage issues.
Run Final Pack

Confirm Year End Complete
After the final checks are complete, suppress automatic platform stock sync for every sale from 1 July 2025 through 30 June 2026.
Clean Checks

- Purchase audit review count is 0.
- Purchase audit fix count is 0.
- Reconciliation error count is 0.
- Stock-as-at warning count is 0, or reviewed.
Manager IO Files
- Use sales-invoices.csv for sales.
- Use purchase-orders.csv with delivery separate.
- Use fifo-cogs-by-invoice.csv for COGS journals.
- Use monthly-accounting-summary.csv to reconcile Manager IO totals.
- Use stock-value-as-at.csv for the 30 June stock valuation.
- Check stock-as-at-warnings.csv before using the stock value.
Snapshot Rule
Dated sales, purchases, refunds, COGS, and monthly summaries can be exported for the EOFY range even after new-year transactions exist. Use stock-value-as-at.csv for 30 June stock, because current-stock-value.csv is live at export time.
